HTC introduced the Desire 22 Pro smartphone, designed for use in the metaverse. This is reported by The Verge.

A distinctive feature of the device is the presence of an integrated crypto wallet. Also, the announced smartphone was advertised as a device that is the “perfect companion” of the HTC Vive Flow VR VR headset.

According to media journalists, the new device is not distinguished by other characteristics. The smartphone received a 6.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 hertz, a hole in the display designed for a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The Desire 22 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 695 processor, has 8 gigabytes of RAM, a 4520 milliamp-hour battery. On the back of the gadget is a triple camera with lenses with a resolution of 64, 13 and 5 megapixels.

The model will be on sale in the European and Asian markets. In the UK, the cost of HTC Desire 22 Pro is 399 pounds, or about 26 thousand rubles.
